About the role
Enterprise Account Executive
Opsera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. We are building a platform to help organizations accelerate their DevOps adoption and reach peak innovation velocity. Opsera is the only DevOps orchestration platform that enables integration, orchestration, and intelligence across the entire software development life cycle.What You Will Do
- Manage overall account strategy and management, including the creation and execution of strategic account plans focused on net new business, growth opportunities, goal attainment, and revenue growth.
- Demonstrate operational command of the business, including maintaining accurate sales forecasting to support business growth, and continuously developing and updating account plans.
- Build business cases and establish business value by developing and presenting proposals that demonstrate how the Opsera solution meets customer business objectives.
- Prospect effectively to penetrate accounts, reach decision-makers, and close business, driving net new customer attainment.
What You Will Bring
- A well-established and robust network at the VP and C-level for sales engagement.
- Experience selling at the C-level within IT and other business units.
- 7-10 years of experience in account planning and execution.
- Experience working for an innovative IT infrastructure or SaaS tech company.
- Proven ability to sell into large Fortune 1000 companies and win new logos.
- Enterprise selling experience, with a track record of selling into strategic accounts at a senior level within IT and/or product development.
- Platform selling experience, including building consensus among stakeholders and identifying champions, coaches, and detractors in deals.
- A track record of driving and exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+ with an average deal size of $100k+.
- Successful prospecting to build pipeline through a defined methodology and established network.
- Strong team management and collaborative, team selling skills.
- Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a collaborative, complex, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
