Role Overview

The Account Manager Strategic Partnerships manages strategic relationships on the OpenX Ad Exchange. Reporting to the Account Director Strategic Partnerships, this role ensures customer success, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. The position supports both pre-sales and post-sales engagements and monitors key accounts and business metrics while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Account Directors/Managers to grow strategic partner relationships.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners while demonstrating strong product knowledge.
  • Support established partners on reporting, deal creation, troubleshooting, and other support areas.
  • Prepare business reviews with data analysis and PowerPoint deck creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update documentation and training materials.
  • Manage partner requests and perform project-based tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in digital advertising operations, monetization and ad tech services.
  • Strong relationship management and multi-team coordination skills.
  • In-depth operational knowledge of online advertising, campaign objectives, and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
