Your Impact as a Senior Technical Support Specialist
You will deliver end-to-end technical support on OpenText products, ensuring our customers achieve outstanding success. This role involves:
- Handling complex technical issues with creative, lasting solutions.
- Serving as the key point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Mentoring teammates and assisting with escalated cases.
- Documenting interactions, processes, and best practices.
- Possibly providing after-hours or on-call support.

- Knowledge of web servers (Tomcat, IIS) and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
- Expertise in areas such as networking, administration, database management, security, and high availability infrastructures.
