Your Impact as a Senior Stock Program Administrator
The Senior Stock Program Administrator will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of global equity programs focused on RSUs, PSUs, and Stock Options. This individual ensures accurate processing of equity transactions, maintains high‑integrity data in Shareworks, supports tax and legal compliance across 40+ countries, and acts as a key liaison to Legal, HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, and external vendors.
What The Role Offers
- Maintain accurate participant equity data, including uploads, vesting, releases, option exercises, cancellations, and terminations in Shareworks.
- Process quarterly Board‑approved grants and ensure timely and accurate grant uploads.
- Process dividend equivalents for applicable awards.
- Manage annual LTIP/OTIP releases (RSUs/PSUs).
- Administer Director Share Units (DSUs), including upload of awards from External Reporting at quarter end.
- Produce daily stock option exercise reports and process option exercises, including for reporting insiders.
- Manage global annual tax reporting for various countries.
- Process and audit RSU/PSU terminations, forfeitures, and accelerations.
- Maintain process documentation and execution of SOX‑compliant controls, including user‑access reviews and quarter‑end evidence collection.
- Manage Shareworks accounting close processes each month.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing reconciliations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring documentation quality.
- Prepare and submit monthly TMX filings for outstanding share balance reporting.
- Prepare quarterly Compensation Disclosure reports and Stock Ownership reports for senior leadership.
- Manage and maintain update tax configurations in Shareworks for multiple countries.
- Perform Shareworks administration tasks including template management, access reviews, and data audits.
- Respond to employee inquiries via Service tickets and equity inbox, providing timely and accurate guidance.
What You Need To Succeed
- Minimum 5 years of progressive stock plan administration experience.
- Hands‑on experience with RSUs, PSUs, and Stock Options in a global public company environment.
- Strong knowledge of global equity taxation, including withholding, cross‑border tax logic, and country‑specific filing obligations.
- Proficiency with Morgan Stanley Shareworks.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, large datasets).
- Ability to interpret incomplete information and apply judgment in resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise employees and collaborate with global stakeholders.
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional), any level.

As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. The salary range for this role is $63,140 - $103,730, depending on various factors including location, experience, and internal equity.
