Your Impact
You will join a global team responsible for deploying, managing, tuning, configuring, and troubleshooting the computing infrastructure that powers the OpenText Cloud.
- Lead resolution of high risk and complex issues.
- Proactively manage systems to reduce recurring issues.
- Automate tasks using available tooling and AI.
- Maintain relationships across global team members.
- Work independently in a dispersed team environment.
What You Need To Succeed
You should have hands-on OpenStack administration experience across various flavors (Canonical, RedHat, Ansible, etc.) and be familiar with OpenStack components like Neutron, Nova, Cinder, Swift, Keystone, plus third-party tooling for replication, automation, and high availability. You must understand Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, SLES) and have experience migrating workloads from VMWare to OpenStack. Familiarity with alternative hypervisors and scripting technologies (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Python) is also essential.
