Your Impact as a NOC Administrator

Join us in building a world-class Global Network Operations Command Centre in Waterloo—a modern hub designed to drive innovation through advanced technologies and automation. As a NOC Administrator, you’ll provide technical leadership within our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and responding to issues across applications, systems, and networks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably. This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact by improving processes, optimizing operations, and delivering outstanding experiences for our customers. What The Role Offers

  • Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7/365 environment, including some holidays and weekends.
