Your Impact

As an IT Software Developer - Reporting & Analytics within the Data and Analytics team, you will be at the heart of building out our Data, Analytics, and Reporting platform. You will work closely with other developers, architects, and business users on crafting data solutions that support business needs and expand our data platform.

With expertise in data solutions and report development you will add value and ensure that the data assets are developed according to our standards and best practices. Ideally, you will be a self-starter with experience in similar roles at other data-driven organizations.

What The Role Offers

  • Hands on development of data pipelines and reports
  • Solutioning of data assets that support business requirements for decision making
  • Ongoing improvements to data assets to support evolving business needs
  • Experience in Microsoft Fabric, MS Sql Server, Power BI
  • Understanding, analysis, and troubleshooting of data toolsets
  • Involvement in cross-functional projects, working across IT teams
  • Understand the data tooling landscape and which solution is the best fit for which tasks
  • Working with IT to understand and follow the Change and Deployment process

What You Need To Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in a data analytics field a definite plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a data developer role delivering data solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data and ETL tooling, databases, analytics, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills are essential, and strong Power BI skills are preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and to come up with solutions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
