The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer - Diner Engagement, you will:

• Help diners discover, choose, reserve, and engage with restaurants.
• Identify new strategic UX opportunities in diner-facing products.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in diner habits.
• Collaborate with global product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Build impactful user experiences that delight customers.
• Navigate every stage of the design process from research to high-fidelity designs.
• Continuously iterate to improve product quality and impact.

Work Environment & Flexibility

This position begins as a remote role with plans to transition to a hybrid work arrangement in downtown Toronto. You may sometimes be required to collaborate outside regular hours to coordinate with global teams and restaurant partners.
