The Role

GTM Enablement is seeking experienced learning design professionals to join our growing content production team. In this role, you will partner with Enablement Consultants and subject matter experts to transform field needs and business priorities into learner-centric designs that engage and delight audiences while addressing critical skill and knowledge gaps.

You will:

• Translate performance gaps into measurable learning objectives.
• Design scalable enablement interventions to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gain design buy-in.
• Select instructional strategies and content modalities.
• Adapt existing content and identify gaps for new learning assets.
• Develop creative briefs to guide production of supporting media.
• Devise assessments to measure learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of learning design experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar methodologies, preferably in a SaaS and/or customer success environment. Strong grasp of adult learning theory, effective communication skills, and proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Final Cut Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) are required.
