About the Role
You will join the rapidly-growing Restaurant Platform Team in India. In this 100% remote role, you will help maintain our event-based architecture, data warehouse, data pipelines, reports & insights, and APIs. The team is building next generation enterprise reporting for top restaurant groups from concept to customer validation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering teams.
- Empower your team with high performance through technical expertise and collaboration.
- Own the architecture of your products and deliver on the roadmap.
- Provide servant leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
- Build a culture of trust and teamwork while strengthening team capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 10 years in Software Engineering with 2+ years in leadership.
- Hands-on engineering experience with a passion for leading teams.
- Expertise in Java, REST APIs, Microservices, and full stack development.
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Servant leadership mindset with strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

Work Environment & Flexibility
This role is globally oriented with a schedule that accommodates multiple time zones. Occasional communication outside standard hours via calls, Slack, or emails may be required to support international teams and urgent matters, always following local laws and regulations.
