Role Overview: Product Manager
As a Product Manager at Openly, you will own the execution of state-level insurance product updates. This role acts as a bridge between Insurance Product, Engineering, and Operations ensuring clear requirements translation and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of state-level product updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify priorities, scope, and sequencing.
- Translate regulatory and underwriting requirements into clear plans.
- Maintain an execution-focused roadmap and manage multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate post-launch follow-ups and ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management or related role.
- Professional experience in personal lines insurance and familiarity with state regulations.
- Strong organizational, written, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable execution plans.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple state-specific workstreams.
Compensation & Benefits
The budgeted salary range is between $124,640 and $148,000 USD with additional benefits including remote-first culture, competitive salary, equity, comprehensive health plans, 401K contribution, work-from-home stipend, professional development funds, and more.
