About The Role

OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. The Legal team ensures our rapid growth is built on a foundation of compliance and rigorous defense, allowing our clinicians to focus on patient outcomes.

As the Senior Paralegal, you will be the tactical engine behind our litigation strategy. You aren't here to just file papers; you will own the e-discovery lifecycle, manage complex data preservation, and serve as the primary bridge between our internal teams and outside counsel during high-stakes nationwide class actions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end e-discovery process.
  • Design, implement, and audit legal hold policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for outside counsel.
  • Proactively identify internal witnesses and assist in preparing them.
  • Draft and implement critical legal policies.
  • Efficiently handle routine subpoena requests and discovery motions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a mix of Big Law and in-house experience.

  • Proven track record of supporting large-scale, multi-jurisdictional class action litigation.
  • Ability to navigate modern cloud-based work environments and explain technical data structures.
