Associate Inside Sales Representative - Job Summary

We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to join our Inside Sales team. You will develop and grow channel partners while supporting Regional Sales Managers. The role requires business acumen, technical aptitude, strong communication, listening skills, and a competitive mindset to achieve revenue goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners through outbound calling (20-30 calls per day).
  • Respond to 20-40 emails per day.
  • Handle 5-15 inbound calls daily regarding quotes, product information, and customer service.
  • Consistently achieve territory quota to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and service information.
  • Explain and demonstrate product features via video conferencing.
  • Perform all other assigned duties.

  • Competitive on-target pay of $50,000 - $60,000 annually, with hourly base of $22.00 - $27.00.
