About The Role
As a Software Engineer, Security Observability at OpenAI, you will build secure, scalable systems to enhance our security observability infrastructure. You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support security detection and data engineering for compliance and forensic investigations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software systems for security observability.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that centralize security data.
- Improve resilience and reliability for high platform availability.
- Collaborate with Detection & Response and other security teams.
- Support forensic investigations and compliance efforts.
What You Might Bring
- Proficiency in Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Background in building and maintaining security data pipelines.
