About The Role

We are seeking a self-starter engineer who loves building new products in an iterative, fast-moving environment. In this role as a Software Engineer Full Stack, you will bring our large language models to millions of users globally, from enthusiasts to large enterprises. You will engage directly with users to design the features they desire while collaborating closely with research teams to iterate on and improve our core models. You will play a key part in developing customer-facing ChatGPT features, optimizing for speed and scale, and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Own end-to-end development of new ChatGPT features
  • Engage with users to understand and address their problems
  • Collaborate with research teams for continual model improvements
  • Work with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability

Your Background

Requirements include 5+ years of engineering experience, proficiency with JavaScript, React, and Python, and familiarity with relational databases. Interest in AI/ML is a plus even if prior direct experience is not required.
