About The Role
The Senior Technical Recruiter, Research will design and execute long-term talent strategies to attract leading AI researchers, engineers, and scientific builders. You will partner with research leadership to define talent needs, develop search strategies, guide hiring decisions, and ensure we continue to secure the brightest minds in frontier-model research.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic talent partner to executives and hiring leaders.
- Identify and engage exceptional talent across industry leaders and emerging research communities.
- Utilize data and insights to shape hiring and compensation strategies.
- Collaborate on interview strategies, candidate evaluation, and closing narratives.
- Work closely with sourcing partners to accelerate search execution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is passionate about the AI research community, has 8+ years of recruiting experience in technical domains, excels in complex offer negotiations, and demonstrates a proactive, strategic approach in a fast-paced environment.
