About The Role

The role entails building and guiding a high-performing global team of Senior Support Engineers with backgrounds in software engineering, site reliability engineering, and systems architecture. You will operate autonomously to tackle deeply technical challenges and serve as the final escalation point before Engineering.

  • Lead strategic workload monitoring and 24x7 operational coverage.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams for issue resolution.
