About The Role

As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will handle advanced troubleshooting and lead complex IT initiatives. You will support employees daily, drive process improvements, manage vendors, and spearhead technical projects that enhance OpenAI’s IT environment.

In This Role, You Will

  • Improve support systems and processes through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams ensuring seamless employee experiences.
  • Act as the primary contact for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Manage vendors and equipment inventories effectively.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for priority incidents.
