About The Team

OpenAI's Training team produces large language models powering research and products, moving us closer to AGI. The team integrates deep research, long-term bets, and innovation to create world-class model artifacts, such as GPT4-Turbo, GPT-4o and o1-mini.

About The Role

As a member of the architecture team, you will push the frontier of architecture development for OpenAI's flagship models by enhancing intelligence, efficiency, and adding new capabilities. You will design, prototype, and scale up innovative architectures, execute and analyze experiments, and contribute to training and inference infrastructure.

What You Will Do

  • Design, prototype, and scale new architectures

  • Study, debug, and optimize model and computational performance
