We are seeking a senior product manager with a proven track record in building products with complex requirements and operating within highly compliant environments. This role is ideal for candidates demonstrating stellar execution, significant technical depth, and excellent communication skills.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA. OpenAI operates on a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office per week, and offers relocation assistance to new employees. The role will involve travel, particularly to Washington DC.

In This Role, You Will

• Shape and build the pivotal product and technical solutions designed to enable governments to effectively leverage AI.
• Be responsible for defining and delivering key agent building blocks, including orchestrating models and tools, establishing guardrails and human interventions, and creating systems for teams to inspect and improve agent applications.
