About the Role
The Mid-Market Enterprise Account Director plays a crucial role in driving opportunities through the entire sales cycle, leveraging technical understanding, vision, partnership, and value-driven strategy. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers deploy our AI products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and execute comprehensive strategies.
- Lead prospects from consideration to successful deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams including solutions, engineering, and marketing.
- Analyze key account metrics and contribute to corporate strategy.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and company culture development.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience selling platform-as-a-service or software-as-a-service.
- Experience crafting complex deal strategies in high-growth companies.
- Proven track record working with C-level executives.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in leading high-visibility customer events.
