About The Team

The Growth team drives user and revenue growth across ChatGPT’s consumer and business segments worldwide. They work across the full funnel from awareness through activation, retention, and expansion using surface optimizations, in-product improvements, actionable insights, experimentation, global performance marketing, and AI-powered workflows.

About The Role

We are seeking a full-funnel growth athlete with deep expertise in email, notifications, and lifecycle growth initiatives. In this role, you will design and scale campaigns across ChatGPT user journeys with analytical thinking and rapid experimentation. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, data science, and design teams to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design, launch, and optimize global lifecycle tests and programs including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Own the end-to-end messaging strategy, from segmentation to personalized journeys.
  • Develop testing roadmaps with A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance messaging infrastructure and automation tools.
  • Build funnel performance dashboards and partner with creative teams for compelling visual and copy strategies.
  • Utilize AI-powered workflows and predictive models for personalized communications at scale.
  • Partner with data science to develop attribution models and measure the impact of growth levers.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Are/have

  • 8+ years of growth experience in both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) segments.
  • Deep expertise in audience segmentation and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Experience with automation and messaging platforms such as SendGrid, Braze, Iterable, and Marketo.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and funnel modeling.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered personalization and predictive modeling is a plus.
