About The Team

The Growth team drives user and revenue growth across ChatGPT’s consumer and business segments worldwide. They operate across the full funnel from awareness to activation, retention, and expansion using surface optimizations, in-product funnel improvements, actionable insights, disciplined experimentation, global performance marketing, and AI-powered workflows.

About The Role

We are seeking a full-funnel ‘growth athlete’ with deep expertise in email, notifications, and lifecycle growth initiatives. In this role, you will design and scale campaigns across ChatGPT user journeys with rigorous analytical thinking and high-velocity experimentation. You will own end-to-end messaging strategy—from creative development to deployment, measurement, and iteration—collaborating with engineering, product, data science, and design teams to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, launch and optimize global lifecycle tests and programs through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Own full messaging strategy, including segmentation, personalization, channel selection, and timing.
  • Develop testing roadmaps with A/B and multivariate experiments to improve performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance messaging infrastructure and analytics dashboards.
  • Leverage AI-powered workflows and predictive models for content and timing optimization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in growth, with B2C and B2B experience.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, multi-channel orchestration, and automation platforms like SendGrid, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, and Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills, proven experimental testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with AI-powered personalization and predictive modeling is a plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
