About The Team

The Growth team drives user and revenue growth across ChatGPT’s consumer and business segments worldwide. They manage the full funnel from awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion using surface optimizations, in-product funnel improvements, actionable insights, disciplined experimentation, global performance marketing, and AI-powered workflows.

About The Role

We are seeking a full-funnel growth athlete to scale ChatGPT’s consumer and business growth. In this role, you will lead initiatives spanning the entire user journey with rigorous analytical thinking and high-velocity experimentation. You will own projects from ideation and creative development to deployment, measurement, and iteration. Collaboration with engineering, data science, and design teams is key to building scalable systems for sustainable expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and optimize global paid and organic campaigns.
  • Build and monitor full-funnel dashboards for performance insights.
  • Own hypothesis generation, experiment design, and iteration to optimize metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth tooling and attribution models.
  • Develop AI-native workflows to support full-funnel thinking.
  • Identify and close funnel leaks across the user journey.
  • Lead cross-functional growth sprints to test various conversion flows.
  • Define and scale reusable growth primitives for global application.

Qualifications

8+ years in growth roles, with experience scaling both consumer and enterprise offerings. Must have a proven track record in running full-funnel growth programs, deep analytical skills including funnel modeling and cohort analysis, and strong experience with data and experimentation platforms. Hands-on experience with growth stacks including tracking, CRM/lifecycle systems, and A/B testing is essential.
