About The Role
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on the Labs team, you will create new ways for people to interact with AI. Your work will begin as rapid internal experiments: prototypes built to explore surprising capabilities or novel interfaces. Some experiments will spark entirely new products or research directions, shaping how millions of people experience AI. You will ship these ideas internally, learn from usage, and hand off promising prototypes to product teams before moving on to the next frontier.
You may collaborate with researchers on early demos or build novel interfaces around emerging capabilities.
In This Role, You Will

- Design and prototype intuitive interfaces for AI interactions.
- Turn concepts into working demos and evolving experiences.
- Ship early, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Hand off promising prototypes to product teams for scaling.
