About The Role
As a Frontend Engineer on OpenAI’s Identity team, you’ll build user-facing experiences that simplify secure access for organizations. You will design and implement core identity flows including sign-in, account management, permissions, and administrative experiences that facilitate secure enterprise adoption.
- Develop scalable, reusable frontend components.
- Collaborate with backend and security engineers on SSO, RBAC, and identity federation.
- Translate complex authentication systems (SAML, OIDC, OAuth) into clear interfaces.
- Define frontend architecture and standards for the identity platform.
- Build internal tools for managing identity and access control.
- Work with product, design, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
