They resolve complex issues, provide technical guidance, and support customers in maximizing the value and adoption of our products. The team collaborates closely with Sales, Technical Success, Product, Engineering, and others to deliver the best possible customer experience at scale.

About The Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst, User Operations who will analyze user-support data, surface trends and friction signals, and transform these insights into actionable, real‑time reporting. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining self‑serve dashboards, partnering with Data Science and Engineering for clean pipelines and robust models, and enabling proactive friction detection and service‐health monitoring.

In This Role, You Will

  • Explore large support and product datasets to uncover trends and user pain points.
  • Build and maintain self‑serve dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Establish a unified metrics taxonomy for service‑health and performance.
  • Leverage LLMs for text classification and smarter routing.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering on reliable data pipelines and quality checks.
  • Contribute to high‑priority special projects with strategic recommendations.
  • Prototype with tools like ChatGPT, Jupyter notebooks, and Retool.
  • Work with Data Science on predictive models and translate findings operationally.
