About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on program lead to join our customer education team. In this role, you will own a core component of the customer journey—from initial setup to ongoing engagement—with programs designed to unlock the opportunities created by AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a core lane of customer education from planning to delivery and iteration.
- Develop high-impact strategies using product data, customer feedback, and field insights.
- Design and ship educational programs via email, guides, webinars, and product messaging.
- Write clear, engaging copy to make learning accessible and discoverable.
- Define success metrics, build tracking solutions, and iterate based on data.
- Share insights and results with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Experiment with new educational elements like credentialing and advanced learning paths.
What You’ll Bring
- Over 10 years of experience in customer education, digital success, or lifecycle marketing in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- A passion for preparing the world for AI and unlocking its potential.
- A history of designing or leading education/onboarding programs that drive measurable adoption and engagement.
- Ability to shift between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
- Excellent writing skills and a data-informed mindset.
- A collaborative approach with the capacity to thrive as priorities evolve.
- Bonus: Experience with credentialing, badging, or certification programs.
