About the Team
The User Operations team shepherds customer adoption of AI and ensures an exceptional experience with OpenAI products. As part of the first post-AGI support team, you will resolve complex issues, provide technical guidance, and support customers from early-stage startups to established global enterprises.
About the Role
In the role of AI Technical Support Specialist, you will interact directly with customers via support tickets and Slack messages. Your focus will be troubleshooting complex issues, setting high service standards, and scaling operational processes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Success, Product, Engineering, and other teams. If you thrive in fast-paced, impactful environments where innovation and problem-solving are key, this role is for you.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Working directly with customers to resolve their most challenging issues.
- Gaining deep expertise in OpenAI products and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Collaborating with engineering and customer teams to provide robust solutions.
- Driving process improvements by capturing learnings from customer interactions.
- Providing on-call support during holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed.
