About The Team

The AI Deployment and Adoption team at OpenAI ensures the successful post-sales deployment and value realization of ChatGPT Enterprise and other OpenAI products. The team works with large enterprises, startups, and digital organizations, collaborating closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to deliver exceptional AI experiences and measurable business results.

About The Role

As an AI Deployment Manager, you will lead strategic, time-bound implementations and drive the adoption and value of ChatGPT Enterprise. You will connect with customers to understand their needs and to deliver an excellent, measurable customer experience through production deployments and user training.

  • Manage structured onboarding and deployment projects.
  • Guide organizations with change management expertise.
  • Oversee technical deployment of ChatGPT and related products.
  • Design and lead hackathons, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You

You have 6+ years of customer-facing experience, have led complex implementations of Generative AI / ML solutions, and possess excellent communication skills. You are adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously and committed to fostering ethical AI evolution.
