Confirmed Business Analyst Banking Sector

As part of creating a project team for one of our banking sector clients, we are recruiting a Confirmed Business Analyst Banking Sector (H/F) with solid knowledge of the banking sector, specifically acquisition processes and payment systems.

Your Activities

• Understand and analyze client business needs.
• Study the different solutions that meet the demand, in collaboration with IT teams, functional, and technical architects.
• Write functional and detailed specifications, as well as associated User Stories.
• Analyze and document processes.
• Propose solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and performance of business processes.
• Prepare communications and feedback (for steering committees, managers, etc.).
• Manage design phases and associated testing strategies.
• Perform tests and validate developments, support change with users (deployment demos, implementation of business processes, knowledge transfer).
• Monitor production deployments, ensuring client satisfaction.

What We Expect From You

This is a new team context, so you are autonomous, curious, and proactive. You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. You are familiar with project management in the banking sector and necessarily have at least one experience in this sector.

You have been involved end-to-end in an application project as a Business Analyst: from framing the need to writing and executing testing strategies. Ideally, you have also supported your team's developers in test automation.

Job Information

Full-time permanent contract (CDI) position to be filled as soon as possible.

Remote Work: Flexible, 2 to 3 days per week.

Location: Position based in Lyon at one of our clients' sites.
