The Role

We’re scaling our founder and executive presence on LinkedIn, and we need someone exceptional to lead it. This is a writing-first role. You’ll shape how our leadership shows up online, turning raw ideas into sharp, high-performing content that builds authority and drives attention. If you think in hooks, write with precision, and understand how LinkedIn actually works, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Ghostwrite posts, threads, and replies for the CEO and leadership
  • Turn rough ideas into polished, post-ready content
  • Develop content angles, hooks, and narratives that perform
  • Maintain distinct executive voices while keeping content human and credible
  • Partner closely with marketing + founders on strategy and messaging
  • Track performance and continuously refine based on what works
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and LinkedIn culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn content (what works + why)
  • Strong content instincts: education, conversion, or brand-building
  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable ghostwriting (ego-free execution)
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute
  • Proficiency in using AI to enhance speed and originality

Nice to Have

  • Experience writing for founders or C-Level executives
  • Background in B2B, proptech, fintech, or startups
  • Strong taste (you read, watch, and think deeply)

Important Considerations

This is a true writing role. Original thinking and authorship are non-negotiable. There is a written assessment as part of the process.
