About Global Client Partner

The Global Client Partner (GCP) is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving Zone 2 growth by expanding within high-potential client accounts. This role involves managing a small portfolio of strategic accounts while ensuring OPEN Health delivers integrated solutions across diverse service lines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic growth blueprints identifying whitespace opportunities.
  • Drive expansion into client priorities, including breakthrough launches.
  • Act as a senior strategic advisor to client executives.
  • Guide lifecycle planning and support launch readiness initiatives.
  • Translate complex client challenges into measurable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Monitor client health using pipeline metrics and strategic feedback loops.
  • Champion internal alignment and cultural cohesion across teams.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Candidates should have an advanced degree (PhD, MSc, MBA, or equivalent) in a relevant field and a minimum of 12 years of senior client leadership experience in life sciences professional services. A proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts, experience with CRM platforms, analytics, and AI tools, and exceptional communication skills are required.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% international travel may be required.
