- Ability to grasp the entire data lifecycle: data origin, transformations, usage, and dependencies.
- Proven track record of successful change initiatives and the ability to act as a change leader, implementing new operating models, processes, and technologies.
- Experience in prioritizing complex initiatives, clear communication, and facilitating decision-making.
- Good understanding of processes and agile development.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and systematic approach to work.
- Proficiency in both Finnish and English.
Additional Valued Skills
- Understanding of financial sector regulations, auditing, and reporting requirements.
- Experience in using, developing, or operating metadata and lineage tools (e.g., Collibra).
What We Offer
In the Senior Product Owner, Metadata and Lineage Operations role, you will do truly meaningful work. You will build OP Financial Group's data transparency and reliability in a way that enables the success of the entire organization and accelerates OP Financial Group's journey towards a data-driven future.
We operate on a 70-20-10 principle: 70% of your time for daily tasks, 20% for refining working methods, and 10% for learning new skills, for example, in our own OP Tech Academy. Yes, you can expand your expertise during working hours!
In return for responsible work, we prioritize your well-being and forward-looking work arrangements. We offer a stable environment where responsibility, human-centricity, and succeeding together are core values.
You will have access to our diverse employee benefits, including an employee fund and staff-rate banking, insurance, and loan services.
