About the Role

Ontra is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation to join our growing Implementation team.

We’re looking for someone excited to lead and mentor a talented implementation team, streamline the transformation of legal documents into high-quality data, and ensure a reliable and effective platform foundation for our clients.

If you are a driven and detail-oriented leader with a proven track record of coaching individual contributors, adeptly managing high-volume workflows, and quickly mastering complex SaaS platforms, particularly in private equity or legal-tech spaces, we’d love to get to know you!

What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of early-career associates, providing constructive feedback to foster their professional growth.
  • Process Improvement: Employ a solutions-focused approach to identify and implement enhancements in operational processes.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize tools and technology to ensure transparency and visibility in the team's workload and progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy in data transformation output, collaborating with legal intelligence and enablement teams as needed.
  • Skill Development: Work with various counterparts to identify and address functional and skill gaps within the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role within a SaaS company, emphasizing technology application.
  • Leadership: Proven ability in managing or coaching a team tasked with data-related activities, demonstrating strong team development skills.
  • Technological Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI-powered data abstraction or document analysis technologies, showcasing the capacity to work with advanced tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legal technology or financial technology sectors, indicating a strong industry understanding.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Zendesk, highlighting capability in using industry-standard platforms.

Pay Transparency

Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below.

Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable compensation, profits interest units, or other equity-based compensation, which are not included in the below base pay range.

$79,200—$118,800 USD
