As a Cyber Security Field & Channel Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, focused on driving awareness and demand for our cybersecurity offering within the UKI region. Your mission is to oversee all demand generation initiatives and marketing events, aiming to boost pipeline growth and enhance brand awareness through direct and channel marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic and effective regional marketing plans to build pipelines and achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create and execute regional marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, webinars, roundtables, and customer advisory boards.
  • Partner with the Head of Demand Generation on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, integrating events and customer engagement to drive account acquisition and growth.
  • Work with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning aligned with our Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Manage events and channel programs, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting ROI expectations.
  • Analyze program results and business contributions to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through data-driven reporting and analytics.
  • Drive post-event follow-up plans, including lead analysis and tracking to optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field or event marketing roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
  • Strong Field and Channel Marketing expertise, coupled with personal drive and a history of career growth.
  • Ability to effectively communicate regional marketing plans and gain buy-in from sales teams and channel partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a passion for creating structure.
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, distributors, resellers, and customers.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, capable of managing your business and clearly communicating results.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time. Commutable to London, Holborn would be a big plus.
