Who You Are
We are hiring a high-potential undergraduate intern to work directly with our AI & Analytics team on building real-world AI systems that power an enterprise SaaS business. This is not a traditional internship. You will own 1–2 high-impact projects focused on building custom AI agents using our internal data in Snowflake — systems that will be used by teams across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Director of AI & Analytics and operate as a builder, not an observer.
What You’ll Do
Build AI Agents with Real Business Impact
- Design and develop 1–2 custom AI agents powered by internal company data
- Connect Snowflake data models to LLM-based workflows and applications
- Experiment with prompting, retrieval (RAG), and agent orchestration
- Deploy prototypes that are actually used by internal teams
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and real usage
Work with Modern Data Infrastructure
- Explore and work with production data in Snowflake
- Contribute to dbt models and help shape datasets used by AI systems
- Learn how scalable data systems are built in a modern ELT stack
Ship, Learn, and Iterate Quickly
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand real problems
- Translate ambiguous ideas into working prototypes
- Operate in a fast-moving environment where speed and curiosity matter
Our Stack
Analytics: Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Hightouch, Omni
AI & Knowledge Systems: Notion, Cursor, Glean
You don’t need prior experience with these tools — we care much more about how quickly you learn.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong in SQL and/or Python (you’ve built things, not just taken classes)
- Deeply curious about AI/LLMs and how they work in practice
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- Builder mindset — you like shipping real projects, not just prototypes for class
- Strong problem solver with attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can explain ideas simply
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, or agent frameworks
- Familiarity with data tools (dbt, Snowflake, etc.)
- Side projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions
What Makes This Internship Different
- You will own real systems, not shadow other people
- Your work will be used by teams across the company
- You’ll gain hands-on experience with both modern data infrastructure and applied AI
- You’ll work directly with senior leadership, with high visibility and feedback
- You’ll build a portfolio of work that stands out for full-time roles in AI and data
Why This Role Matters
We are building an AI-native analytics function — not a traditional BI team. Our goal is to embed data and AI directly into how the company operates. This Means: AI agents instead of static dashboards, data systems designed for automation, not just reporting, and continuous experimentation with the latest AI tooling. As an intern, you will contribute directly to this vision.
