About the Role: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at OnTheGoSystems

OnTheGoSystems is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team. In this role, you will enjoy owning meaningful features, building reliable systems, and contributing to a mature, high-trust development environment.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Owning features from implementation to production.
  • Writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, E2E).
  • Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability of systems.
  • Building and maintaining Ruby on Rails systems used at scale.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience building and running production systems.
  • Strong backend skills, including databases, performance, and API design.
  • Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests (including E2E).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with React.
  • CI/CD, background jobs, or AWS experience.
