About the role
Product Marketing Manager
OnTarget Communications is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Herzliya. This is a full-time, fully employed position requiring on-site presence.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Act as the primary for customer interactions across technical and commercial topics.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and identify new product, application, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate between customers, sales, engineering, and internal teams to align priorities and execution.
- Lead technical discussions with customers to gather requirements, validate use cases, and provide solutions.
- Support product positioning through targeted internal and external marketing initiatives.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology developments in the semiconductor and cloud markets.
- Manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market conditions, and business goals.
- Translate market and customer input into clear product requirements in collaboration with engineering.
- Own products through their full lifecycle, from concept and launch to sustainment and end‑of‑life.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead cross‑functional development efforts to ensure on‑time delivery and execution predictability.
- Build business cases for new initiatives, including cost, pricing, and value assessment.
- Manage budgets with focus on cost control and pricing alignment.
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science - MSc an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product management or hardware product line management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex semiconductor products and supporting business growth.
- Deep knowledge of SoC development lifecycles, workflows, and partner ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of embedded firmware, device drivers, RTOS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with PC, server, and cloud system architectures (preferred).
- Experience with security architectures and provisioning, including technologies such as Secure Boot, Root of Trust, and DICE (preferred).
