The Role
We're looking for a skilled Video Editor/Shooter to join our marketing team and help us create compelling content that connects with audiences across platforms. This role is 80% editing and 20% shooting, with a strong emphasis on creating shareable short-form content alongside polished long-form videos.
You'll work directly with our VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing, collaborating with our team of videographers to produce content for Onsite's therapeutic programs, Human School podcast, and Miles Adcox's personal brand.
This is a contract-to-hire role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Shoot video content as needed for programs, testimonials, promotional materials, and social media
- Transform raw footage into engaging, shareable content that captures attention and drives engagement
- Incorporate motion graphics and design elements to enhance storytelling and visual appeal
- Color grade and audio mix to ensure professional, broadcast-quality output
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform-specific best practices to maximize content performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative vision and maintain brand consistency across all content
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced content creation environment
Location & Schedule
Primary work location: Onsite Nashville office
Weekly travel to Cumberland Furnace, TN facility (approximately 1 hour from Nashville)
Reliable vehicle required for weekly commute
