Achieving over 20% month-over-month growth, we are now seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale to millions of users.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager joining the RemoteHunter team, you will thrive if you appreciate the scientific method as much as innovative problem-solving. This role offers complete autonomy to experiment, challenge existing norms, and identify scalable channels and tactics to propel RemoteHunter from thousands to millions of users.

What You'll Own

  • The entire growth machine, encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies. You will identify and vigorously pull growth levers.
  • Experimentation across all channels, including paid ads, SEO, viral loops, partnerships, influencer campaigns, and guerrilla tactics, focusing solely on results.
  • End-to-end conversion optimization for all touchpoints such as landing pages, onboarding flows, email sequences, and in-app messaging.
  • Budget allocation and management across various channels, requiring proven ROI for every campaign.
  • Product-led growth initiatives, collaborating with Engineering to embed hooks, referral programs, and viral features directly into the product.
  • Data infrastructure for growth, involving setting up dashboards, cohort analysis, and attribution models to ensure clear insights into performance.

You'll Thrive Here If

  • You have a track record of scaling products from early stages to significant traction, ideally within consumer tech, SaaS, or marketplace environments.
  • You are proficient with spreadsheets and analytics tools but also capable of crafting compelling ad copy and designing effective landing pages in Figma.
  • You are hypotheses-driven, prioritizing testing, measurement, iteration, and ruthless scaling of successful strategies over guesswork.
  • You have experience running paid campaigns across multiple channels, expertly reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while maintaining quality.
  • You are passionate about creative growth hacks, having successfully built viral waitlists, effective referral programs, or content driving thousands of signups.
  • You prioritize tangible impact and outcomes over job titles or managing large teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 (based on experience and location)
