About The Role

The Mobile Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional team with a strong mobile development focus. You will work with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver resilient, performant, and maintainable mobile systems, with emphasis on iOS and Android ecosystems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a high-performing team in a startup environment.

  • Provide technical guidance in architecture and mobile system design.

  • Drive agile practices, reduce technical debt, and improve delivery efficiency.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Over 5 years of mobile development experience (iOS/Android).
  • 3+ years in engineering management with agile teams.
  • Solid background in mobile architecture, coding, testing, and refactoring.
  • Excellent communication, decision making, and coaching skills.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience in multiple agile roles, deep mobile security practices, CI integration, and mentoring on quality practices.

Location & Work Arrangement

Compensation & Transparency

Competitive compensation is offered: for Canada, the range is $120,000 to $160,000 USD annually, while candidates in Latin America will be compensated based on local benchmarks.
