The Challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead our AI Governance team. This role is pivotal in guiding strategic projects, technical excellence, and operational efficiency for one of our fastest-growing products.

Your Mission

  • Leadership: Align team efforts with company goals and roadmap.
  • Technical Guidance: Mentor and support the engineering team on technical challenges.
  • Team Management: Build a collaborative, motivated environment to boost productivity.
  • Resource Management: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with efficiency.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Encourage exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison providing clear updates.
  • Scalability and Reliability: Ensure core services and AI integrations remain robust.
  • AI Evolution: Keep team updated with the latest AI advancements.
  • Product Roadmap Influence: Shape the future product strategy in line with trends.

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in management.
  • Strong technical background in AI and software development with experience on cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Experience with ML/AI Ops systems (AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex) and building scalable cloud native distributed systems.
  • Proven team leadership, strategic thinking, and resource management skills.
  • Exposure to AI governance or Privacy domain is a plus.
