Overview

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations team. The role is focused on developing HR technology and analytics strategy and roadmap within a high-growth, global environment.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom HRIS reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate people data for headcount, diversity, attrition and other metrics.
  • Conduct data integrity audits ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Benefits, Payroll and external vendors for system integrations.
  • Act as a mentor and subject matter expert on HR systems analytics.
  • Manage system improvements and troubleshoot issues with vendors.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience along with 8+ years in HR systems and analytics. Experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro) is preferred, with strong skills in Cognos reporting, Microsoft Excel and data visualization. Proven ability managing sensitive data, trend analysis, and effective communication is essential.
