About the Role: Senior AI Solutions Specialist at OneStream Software
OneStream Software is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting Partners and facilitating the delivery of OneStream’s artificial intelligence and machine learning offerings. This individual will lead and support discussions with Partners to advance OneStream Sales activities, contributing across multiple functions including customer proofs of concept (POCs), developing demonstrations, enhancing solutions, and enabling Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives within the OneStream Partner Community. This is a technical role in emerging technology, requiring the individual to stay current with OneStream's platform, internal AI offerings, and external AI/ML advancements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Present tailored demonstrations on product features, future direction, and overall OneStream Platform and AI solution functionality.
- Act as the OneStream Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processes and developments in Partner activities and events.
- Collaborate with Partners to assess business goals and formulate Go-To-Market strategies.
- Support the overall OneStream Platform and AI Partner GTM Enablement.
- Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.
- Develop and deliver high-quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
- Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, future direction, and overall OneStream solutions.
- Develop and manage references through high-quality technical, professional Partner relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Industry experience in business intelligence, applied machine learning, and analytics.
- 3-5 years of software implementation consulting experience, with a preference for supporting the sales/scoping cycle preceding software implementations.
- Familiarity with corporate, enterprise, or financial planning, consolidation, and management systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP).
- Experience in:
- OneStream.
- SQL.
- Data Visualization via OneStream, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.
- Moderate exposure to C# and/or Python.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Introductory experience with corporate, enterprise, or financial planning, consolidation, and management systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Sales and Sales Support/Demo Experience within technical discussions with OneStream Partners.
- Ability to clearly translate complex concepts and apply them to modern business processes.
- Ability to clearly define and logically resolve complex problems.
- Strong organization skills to lead and deliver complex projects on schedule with advising support.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize ongoing activities based on importance.
- Comfortable speaking and leading presentations in front of audiences and corporate leadership with advising support.
- Quick learner who can understand and self-teach new technologies.
- Growing leadership capabilities within a project setting.
