Senior AI Solution Consultant
As a Senior AI Solution Consultant at OneStream Software, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enabling the sales of OneStream’s cutting-edge AI solutions. This position requires a seasoned professional proficient in OneStream's platform and its commercially available AI offerings. You will become a subject matter expert, leveraging your knowledge daily to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and our internal sales force. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in guiding and enabling new employees, as well as other sales and sales support functions across OneStream.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Shorten sales cycles by delivering flawless technical demonstrations of OneStream AI solutions to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
- Provide expert technical product/functional support for OneStream AI solutions to prospective clients and customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
- Act as a key technical/functional resource for OneStream AI solutions for Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.
- Collaborate with OneStream AI & Operational Analytics leadership to align on the strategic direction for OneStream’s AI solution sales support.
- Participate in demos and sales cycles to offer guidance and training to team members.
- Serve as a OneStream AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales processes and developments at sales cycles and marketing events.
- Partner with clients to assess their business goals and formulate effective AI strategies.
- Lead the enablement, design, and integration of OneStream AI technologies into clients' business processes.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Technical experience with OneStream’s current commercial AI Solution offerings.
- 3-5 years of software implementation consulting experience, business analytics experience, or expertise with OneStream’s XF tools, with a preference for supporting the sales/scoping cycle.
- Experience in performing rapid assessments of customers’ AI landscapes and identifying AI use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology.
- Ability to provide expert guidance in the evaluation of OneStream’s AI solutions.
- Proficient presentation and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and identify optimal solutions for customer needs.
- 1-3 years of CPM industry experience.
- Background in Finance/Accounting.
- Proficiency in: SQL, Microsoft Excel, Data Visualization (OneStream, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.).

- Technical experience with OneStream or similar Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools.
