Overview

The AI Partner Operations Specialist at OneStream Software is a key contributor to advancing AI focused Partner Enablement and Training. This role involves collaborating with partners, supporting AI Delivery training, and ensuring the successful growth of OneStream AI solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners to assess and advise on AI Delivery/Sales strategies.
  • Lead both technical and non-technical AI Delivery training and enablement.
  • Support the execution of various AI partner enablement strategies.
  • Work with OneStream AI Delivery to keep training materials current.
  • Stay fully trained in OneStream's commercially available AI Solutions.

Required Education and Experience

Candidates should have introductory skills in C#, SQL, Python, and a foundational understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Applied Machine Learning is required.

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience with corporate or enterprise planning systems and at least one year in an AI or Machine Learning role is preferred.

  • Ability to translate complex concepts for business application.
  • Logical problem solving and clear communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Comfort with public speaking and engaging corporate leadership.
  • Quick learner with a capacity for self-training on new technologies.

Travel Requirements

Expect up to 10% travel for this role.
