The Role
As a Sales Development Intern, you will work with a pre-sourced list of marketing-generated leads each week, eliminating the need for manual list building. Your primary responsibilities will include learning and executing the company's sales pitch, running structured email and LinkedIn sequences, managing incoming replies, and converting initial interest into qualified meetings with enterprise buyers. The initial weeks will focus on onboarding and training, with the expectation of independent execution by week three or four.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals based in the US who are currently college students, recent graduates, or first-time sales professionals. While prior Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is a plus, it is not required. We value a strong sense of hunger and drive, as the technical aspects of the product, pitch, and industry will be taught by experienced professionals in enterprise AI.
Compensation & Path to Full-Time
This internship is commission-only, with tiered rates based on the number of qualified monthly meetings set. The more meetings you book, the higher your per-meeting rate will be. Specific compensation details will be shared during the interview process. For individuals who excel in this role, there is a clear path to convert into a full-time remote SDR position, complete with a base salary and commission. Performance is the sole criterion for advancement.
Interview Process
The interview process consists of two stages. The first interview will be with the Growth Manager, followed by a second interview with the VP of Growth. We are looking to fill this position immediately, and qualified candidates will progress through the hiring process rapidly.
