Your Mission: Transform Innovation into Industrial Standards

Join our Data Intelligence community to tackle the biggest current AI challenge for businesses: scaling up. You will lead the implementation of our most ambitious projects. As a Tech Lead AI, you are the pivot between the architect's vision and the reality of the code: you don't just follow a plan, you actively contribute to its design to ensure that AI solutions truly work in production. You embody technical rigor, mentor talent, and ensure the robustness of deliverables for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disseminate technical standards and best development practices (Clean Code, MLOps, LLMOps) within teams.
• Contribute to architectural choices in concert with architects to integrate AI specificities.
• Coach and mentor AI Engineers in their skill development and resolution of blocking points.
• Perform code and configuration reviews to guarantee the performance and maintainability of solutions.
• Provide your expertise during critical technological arbitrations on projects combining classical AI and GenAI.
• Develop the most sensitive and complex components to secure delivery.

Daily Challenges:

You are the guarantor of quality and implementation, from design to production:

• Frame and co-design: Work in tandem with architects to translate business needs into realistic technical architectures, bringing expertise on the AI stack (RAG, agents, fine-tuning).
• Industrialize: Transform theoretical concepts into reusable and industrial assets, imposing Software Engineering rigor to definitively move beyond the POC logic.
• Mentor and federate: Animate the technical community, remove technological barriers for teams, and establish a culture of excellence and sharing.
• Collaborate and align: Ensure constant liaison between development teams, architects, and the client's IT teams to guarantee fluid integration into the existing information system.

Your Technical Expertise:

We are looking for a leader capable of implementing complex solutions in various Cloud environments:

• Core foundation: Mastery of Python and Software Engineering patterns (Clean Code, CI/CD, Design Patterns) to oversee high-quality developments.
• AI and GenAI: In-depth expertise in orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, ADK) and optimization strategies (prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
• Cloud and AI Ecosystems: Advanced experience on major platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) and ability to communicate with Cloud architects.
• MLOps and industrialization: Mastery of monitoring, evaluation, and deployment tools (MLflow, LangSmith, Ragas, Kubernetes).
• Data interface: Ability to collaborate with Data Architects for the integration of vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector) and data pipelines.

Your Profile: Leader, Referent, and Partner

• Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience (excluding internships/apprenticeships) in AI engineering or Software Engineering, with confirmed technical leadership experience.
• Team spirit: You know how to work in concert with architects and Product Owners to find the best compromise between technical innovation and feasibility.
• Mentor posture: You enjoy sharing your knowledge, demystifying complex technical points, and empowering teams to become autonomous.
• “Prod-Ready” Mindset: For you, a project's success is measured by its stability in production and the clarity of the code left behind.

• 1st HR exchange: Discussion about your wishes and motivations, company presentation (30 min).
• Technical test on HackerRank (30 min).
• 2nd technical exchange with one of your future peers (1 h).
• 3rd exchange with a Leader (45 min).
• 4th exchange with a Partner: Projection on your role within Onepoint (30 min).
