Your New Challenges for this SRE Agentic Engineer Position

• Supervise the operation and operational reliability of Agentic and AI solutions in production, according to SRE principles: automated monitoring, SLA/SLO management, structured incident handling, dynamic runbook maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement of production: capacity planning, resilience optimization, post-mortem analysis, implementation of corrective and predictive actions.
• Reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Resolution), ensure high service availability, and establish an optimal level of trust for users.
• Deploy and evolve modern Dev→Run (build-to-production) practices, strengthening the link with DevOps/Data/AI teams to enhance reliability and accelerate the transition from design to service.
• Propose and automate innovative solutions to anticipate, detect, and proactively correct failures, leveraging artificial intelligence and predictive analysis.

Your Profile and Expertise You Wish to Develop

• Solid knowledge of SRE engineering and DevOps fundamentals (SLI, SLO, monitoring, incident management, runbooks, post-mortem).
• Experience in supervising modern production platforms and optimizing their availability, particularly with AI/agentic components.
• Mastery of observability tools and their AIOPs functionalities, automation solutions, and incident management.
• Sense of continuous improvement, ability to co-construct with Dev/Data/AI teams.
• Autonomy, rigor, curiosity regarding technological evolutions (cloud, monitoring, AI-driven automation).
• Motivation to support and share the SRE & Reliability culture in service of innovation and operational excellence.

Recruitment Process

• Interview with the recruitment team: 30 min (phone or Teams)
• Technical interview with an expert/leader: scenario-based discussion around reliability, monitoring, and AI SRE (1h, Teams or in-person)
• Meeting with a community partner – 1h (in-person)
